William is a 1997 graduate of the University of Kentucky Physical Therapy Program. His was initially board certified by the ABPTS in Clinical Electrophysiology in 2002. He received his Doctorate in Clinical Electrophysiology from Rocky Mountain University of Health Profession in 2013. He has taught graduate level courses in clinical electrophysiology for both RMUOHP and UK and has been director of the Clinical Electrophysiology Training Program at RMUOHP since 2022. He currently provides EMG/NCS services to facilities in Kentucky, Indiana, and Illinois.
